Yes! The Free plan includes 1 board, 2 members, 5 lists, calendar, to-do lists, expense tracking, Pomodoro timer, 12 widgets and controls, dark mode, 11 themes, and 28 languages — all without ads or tracking. Pro unlocks higher limits (up to 10 boards, 20 members per board, unlimited lists) and advanced features like recurrence, calendar sync, and CSV/ICS export.
Toggly is available on iOS (iPhone + Apple Watch), Android (phone + Wear OS), and on the Web. All platforms share the same backend with automatic sync, so your data is always up to date.
Absolutely. Toggly supports shared boards with invite links, an activity feed, and task assignment. The Free plan allows up to 2 members per board; Pro allows up to 20 members per board.
You can add expenses and income, assign them to categories with budgets, and analyze your finances with charts. Toggly supports 35 currencies. Recurring expenses are available with the Pro plan.
Toggly uses Supabase with Row Level Security — each user can only see data from their own boards. Authentication is handled through Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or email/password. Guest mode stores data locally only. No ads, no tracking.
You can delete your account directly from the app by going to Profile > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your personal data from our servers within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Yes. Go to Profile > Export Data to download a JSON backup of your board data. JSON export is always free, regardless of your plan. CSV and ICS export are available with Pro.
Guest Mode lets you try Toggly without creating an account. All data is stored locally on your device. No personal data is sent to our servers. When you're ready, you can create an account and your data will sync to the cloud.
Toggly supports syncing with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook (Pro feature). Go to Profile > Calendar Sync to connect your external calendars. You choose which calendars to sync, and you can disconnect at any time.
